JOB SUMMARY
The HR Assistant(Intern) is responsible and accountable for ensuring the delivery of a wide range of personnel administrative duties within a framework set by HR Operations team. The HR Assistant(Intern) will work under supervision by HR Specialist or HR Supervisor in the handling of HR transactional systems data and preparing documentation.

KEY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES / TASKS
- Verify existing HR transactional systems colleague data accuracy and correct any errors in a timely manner. Generate relevant report of record changed.
- Collect and validate new hire data form and input colleague data into HR transactional systems according to global data standard.
- Prepare paperwork required to colleague labor contract and courier
- Maintain and manage colleague files in compliance with company requirements and provide status report to supervisor
- Answer query of colleague exist procedures and provide necessary support.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Operations team as needed 〔e.g. record keeping, expenses claim etc.).

BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS
- Responsible and active attitude in performing task
- Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
- Knowledge of office administration procedures
- Proficiency in using variety of computer software applications, especially MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education received
- At least 4 days per week
