岗位职责:



汇报人: 关键客户部副总监
负责区域:北京,山西,河南及内蒙古

主要职责及任职要求如下:
- 负责与区域的重点医院管理层及药学专家合作,带领团队搭建高效的学术合作、交流平台;
- 与公司各BU部门之间保持有效沟通,并协助销售团队与外部重点客户之间的沟通顺畅;
- 定期随访,收集市场信息并带领团队完善客户信息数据库
- 负责团队预算计划制定及监控,合理制定客户投资计划,符合公司相关规定;
- 协助关键客户总监,计划组织和实施全国及跨区域的重点医院学术活动;
- 以销售队伍为核心, 为销售队伍提供强有力的支持;
- 具备领导力及影响力,营造团队合作良好和积极向上的心态。
- 了解行业竞争动态,确保辉瑞中国在行业里始终保持领先地位并定期向关键客户总监提供业务回顾;
- KAM在公司内部和外部品牌宣传;

任职条件:
- 医药或公共卫生本科专业,MBA或相关硕士学历
- 至少5年制药业成功销售经验, 并有良好业绩记录
- 有KA管理经验者优先考虑
- 较强的分析、创新和解决问题的能力
- 较强的组织、计划、执行能力
- 沟通能力强〔包括演讲能力及商务写作能力)
- 团队合作精神
- 英语听说读写技能较好
- 计算机操作水平优秀

Reporting to: Associate Director-KA
Cities covered :Beijing,Shanxi, Henan, Mongolia

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Cooperate with key hospitals and related associations, Lead the team to build a highly efficient platform for academic cooperation and exchange;
- Cooperate with BU departments and help sales team to build up an efficient platform for external key customers.
- Provide routine visit to key stakeholders in hospitals, especially hospital director & middle level management. Build/update data-base of key stakeholders in hospital.
- In charge of expense budget allocations, expense control & analysis;
- Obtain feedback and information from stakeholders and Support Associate Director-KA develop project participants timely and provide suggestion to Company for on-going or future improvement
- Focus on the sales team and provide the strongly support.
- Leadership and Performance Management,and create good teamwork and positive attitude.
- Understanding of industry dynamics, to ensure that Pfizer China has always maintained a leading position and provide regularly review with the KA Director;
- Assistant key account director to organize activities nationwide.

Qualification Requirements:
- University degree major in medical, pharmaceutical or healthcare, MBA or relevant Master degree is preferred.
- Position Title or Description of Career Experience 5 Years
- Key Account management experience preferred
- Good analytical skill ,creative thinking and Problem-solving abilities
- Good planning & organizing skill and strong implementation capability.
- Strong communication skills 〔incl. presentation and business writing).
- Good Team Work
- Good skills in listening, speaking, reading & writing in English;
- Good computer skills;
