Reporting to: China MOS Total Rewards Lead


Job summary
- Provide compensation and benefits support to Pfizer WBB, platform and enabling functions to implement C&;B policies, salary review cycles and projects and
make ensure to align with Pfizer China C&;B guideline, procedure and government regulations.

Key result areas &; Job activities / task
- Participate in Compensation and Benefits 〔C&;B) strategy planning by working with global and local C&;B team.
- Develop and review C&;B related policies, develop and implement C&;B programs aligned with global C&;B philosophy and strategy
- Provide guidelines and partner with Client Facing HR to manage year-end and mid-year compensation planning cycles, which includes Merit increase, Non-field
force year-end Bonus, Long Tern Incentive, Promotion, Key Talent/Market Adjustment Review and final results communications
- Process Job evaluation 〔Mercer IPE) for new positions and job updates on Client Facing/Talent Acquisition HR’s request
- Partner with Client Facing HR on BU/Division’s restructure and career ladder review
- Participant in total rewards market surveys including job matching, data reporting and analysis and develop/review salary structure to ensure the market
competiveness of the compensation level and benefits programs to attract potential candidates and retain talents
- Provide professional consultation, guidance and timely solutions on C&;B problems issues to Client Facing and Talent Acquisition to ensure the compliance with
company policy and local regulations, i.e. special case in hiring, promotion, termination process,
- Maintain Pfizer Job Matrix timely which includes position title, local grade, global job code, career track and global job levels
- In partnership with Consulting firm/Global Total Rewards Team and CF managers to implement C&;B projects
- Complete other works assigned by supervisor

Background requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree is desired.
- Minimum of 5 years experience on compensation and benefits in Multi-national Company.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills required.
- Expert understanding of key C&;B practices.
- In-depth knowledge of regulations pertaining to C&;B issues.
- Strong understanding of external market trends and company’s position in market.
- Good general business overview, entrepreneurial focus, ability to work in a fast changing environment.
- Excellent software skills 〔Excel, Workforce Reporting, PeopleSoft) and the ability to learn new systems quickly is a must.
- Strongly process driven person – organized &; structured in own work and bringing structure &; processes to CF teams.
- Meeting agreed expectations and requirements of customers
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with other HR and Line Leaders thereby gaining their trust and respect.
