? Provide manager coaching on the Performance Management, Performance Improvement Process, Total Rewards Philosophy and policies.
? Follow the execution of standard Talent Management process and tool usage
? Provide manager coaching on Career Event Management, 〔i.e. Transfers, Promotions, Internal Moves, etc.)
? Support on Organization integration〔acquisitions, restructuring, etc)
? Facilitate the implementation of HR/ business initiatives so that they are successfully embedded in business operations
? Coach managers individual/colleagues on Performance Management〔PIP) and disciplinary issues, foresee, investigate, mediate and resolve issues
? Support Headcount planning and controlling, JD definition
? Keep Operation team informed the change-status of employees
? Support Talent Management, Talent Development, Performance Management, Total Reward cycle review, Organization Effectiveness and Culture-Building
? Moving work to Global Shared Services implementation
? HR data maintenance and organization chart update


? Bachelor degree, HR or management related field is preferred
? Minimum 3 years HR work experience in multinational company, and candidates having business partner experience is preferred
? Customer focused and can use customer language to communicate HR initiatives/practice
? Fluent written and oral English skill
? Self motivated, strong sense of accountability and full of passion &; energy
? Have good understanding of labor contract law and have experience in managing employee relationship
? Have basic understanding of compensation and benefit, know the different C&;B practice in the market
? High efficiency in managing operational/administrative type of work 〔excel, ppt, data...)
